  • Simba Riders: Responsible for providing trained, RTA-compliant riders and maintained vehicles.
  • Partners: Responsible for providing accurate delivery data and ensuring a safe pickup environment for our riders.

3. Limitation of Liability

Simba Riders is not liable for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the partner or end-user, nor for Force Majeure events (e.g., extreme weather or sudden road closures).

4. Code of Conduct

Our riders are trained to maintain the highest level of professionalism. Any grievances regarding rider behavior should be reported immediately to our support team at Info@simbariders.com.

5. Compliance with UAE Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
